田中秀幸と飯島久美子による実験的ファッションプロジェクト「Noodle( ヌードル )」。 幻想シティカジュアルをテーマに、今までなかったアプローチのウエアを提案していきます。 2018 年のコレクションは、以下の2 つのテーマでの展開となっています。

Noodle Textile collection 田中がこれまで TV ゲームやアニメーション等で展開してきたイメージをテキスタイル化。 飯島が幻想都市のストリートファッション、リゾートファッションをテーマにウエアに起こした コレクションです。 Noodle の主軸となっていくコレクションとなります。

Premium error collection エラーコインやエラーカードなど、工業的に大量生産されるマスプロダクトにおいて エラー品 がコレクターの間でプレミアムな価値を持ってしまうという事実に発想を得たコレクション。 ポロシャツ、メッシュキャップ等の量産的なファッションアイテムをモチーフに、 起こしたファク トリーオートメーションにおけるエラーを意図的にデザインしているシリーズです。

Noodle is an experimental fashion project from Hideyuki Tanaka and Kumiko Iijima. It’s based on the idea of a “look” from a city that exists only in the imagination and marks a bold, new approach to casual wear. The 2018 collection develops along the lines of the following themes.

Noodle Textile Collection   This is a textile manifestation of Tanaka’s work in TV game & character design filtered through Iijama’s styling sensibility to create street and resort fashion from the world of the fantasy city. This forms the main pillar of the Noodle brand.

Premium Error Collection   This collection is inspired by the phonemenon whereby production errors in items like coins and stamps acquire a fantastic value among collectors. In this series of mass-produced factory items like polo shirts and ball caps, Noodle has taken a deliberate design choice to explore the error motif.
